ECD Logs Record-Breaking Year, Attributes Impressive Results to Customer Loyalty, Product Innovation and Outstanding Service
MILWAUKIE, OR - ECD is celebrating the company’s most successful year on record, as 2016 is now in the books and closed with significant financial and product development achievements. Strategic focus, a new product line, enhancements to existing technologies, award-winning service and a dedicated team are all cited as key contributors to the record-breaking result.

ECD’s M.O.L.E.® thermal profiling systems and award-winning service have fostered a loyal following, with solid repeat business in both the electronics and baking markets, and new customers steadily adopting M.O.L.E. technology on a regular basis. Additionally, the company’s SmartDRY dry storage portfolio, which was commercialized in 2015, has enjoyed growth well beyond initial projections. With these contributors, 2016 new customer development outpaced market growth averages, posting a respectable 4%, while revenues increased year-over-year by 10%.

In addition to strong financial performance, ECD expanded its global footprint over the previous year, bolstering its representative network with additions across the Americas, Europe and Asia. And, in every region, M.O.L.E. profilers continue to gain market share in key electronics market sectors including automotive, aerospace, military, medical, as well as in various baking industry operations.
