Ironwood Intros Logic Analyzer Adapter
Logic analyzer adapter.
.
Burnsville, MN — Ironwood Electronics' PB-BGA60C-DDRRAM-RIGID-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter allows high-speed operation simultaneously enabling memory device analysis used in PDAs, cellphones, digital cameras and MP3 players using Agilent 16XXX Logic Analyzer System.
The new adapter reportedly provides the shortest possible trace length for maximum speed, low inductance, low capacitance, micro via, 5 mil line/space rigid PC board design technology. It is designed to interface with Fine pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) packages.
The new logic analyzer adapter consists of two parts: the surface mount foot is soldered to the target system board in place of BGA60, 0.8mm pitch, 10 X 6 array, 10.5 X 10.5mm body using standard BGA soldering methods. The probe board plugs into the SMT base and uses a PC board with power planes to deliver all data, address, control, and clock signals to Mictor connectors. The 512 MBit Mobile DDR RAM chip is surface mounted onto the male BGA adapter which will plug into the female BGA socket soldered to the probe board.
