Adhesive Packaging & Cartridge Application Form Joint Venture
Peabody, MA — Adhesive Packaging Specialties, Inc. (APS) and Cartridge Application Technologies, (CAT) of Mentor, OH, a newly formed division of V.O. Baker Company, have signed a three-year agreement. The venture between the two companies was formed as a result of increasing industry demand for the Dual Cartridge. This system reportedly provides an advanced delivery of two-component reactive materials.

With CAT's sales force, APS will be able to service major industrial accounts for the Dual Cartridge and CAT will utilize APS for continuing manufacturing support. A cooperative committee has been set up to explore the possibility of a joint manufacturing facility in the western U.S. to support customer logistics.
