Programmable TCXO from Cardinal
Wayne, NJ — Cardinal Components, Inc. is introducing what it claims is the world's first programmable TCXO from 1.5 to 200MHz, and deliverable in 48 hours.
The first in the series — "CTAM," "CTAE," and "CTAL" devices measure 5 x 7mm, and are surface mount programmable TCXOs with outputs available in CMOS, LVPECL, and LVDS.
The "CTAM," "CTAE," and "CTAL" devices operate at 3.3V. They are available in the industry standard 5 x 7mm surface mount package (6 pad) FR4 construction. Additional features include a stability of 2.5 ppm maintained over a temperature range of -30 to +75°C. According to the company, the low phase noise of -100dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset for the "CTAM," "CTAE," and "CTAL" devices makes them suitable for applications such as test equipment, industrial automation, homeland security, and instrumentation markets that require quick production in unique customer frequencies up to 200MHz.
