AeroCon Added to Feb. Anaheim Show
Los Angeles, CA — AeroCon will join Canon's largest design and manufacturing trade show in Anaheim, California next February, where co-located events already deliver qualified aerospace/aviation attendees. For more than 25 years, Canon's co-located Anaheim event has been attracting qualified design and manufacturing professionals from the aerospace/aviation and defense industries, even without a focused show.

The official addition of AeroCon to the Anaheim event lineup will boost the total to nine different shows all co-located, all available on one admission badge, all under one roof at the same time. The shows are: AeroCon, Pacific Design & Manufacturing, Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) West, Electronics West, Automation Technology Expo (ATX) West, DesignMED, PLASTEC West, WestPack, and the Green Manufacturing Expo.

Show dates are February 8-10, 2011 at the Anaheim Convention Center. According to Canon Communications, the show management, adding this new event will serve to fortify and grow already-strong attendance. Aerospace/aviation attendees represent the largest industry group visiting the Pacific Design & Manufacturing show at 16 percent, plus an additional 4 percent in attendees from government/military sectors.

Electronics West's second largest industry group, behind electronic manufacturing services, is aerospace/defense at 15 percent. Aerospace attendees are ATX West's second largest industry group at 11 percent, plus an additional 5 percent in attendees from government/military sectors.

PLASTEC West attendees rank aviation/aerospace as the 5th highest industry representing significant business for them, out of 20 industries.
