Techspray Intros "Green" Equipment Cleaner
Ecologically friendly surface and equipment cleaner.
Amarillo, TX — Techspray has introduced its ecologically-friendly Techspray Renew Pine-Shower Surface and Equipment Cleaner. Leveraging the cleaning power of pine, Pine-Shower quickly removes flux residues, grease and other soils, and leaves a non-oily finish. The cleaner is safe on ESD mats, work benches and equipment surfaces. It is free of ionics and silicones that can contaminate PCBs and lead to board failure.

The product is designed for the many contract manufacturers who use industrial or household cleaners for equipment and surface cleaning, not realizing the potential impact on long-term reliability due to ionic contamination. Pine-Shower is specifically designed to clean around electronic assembly areas without the risk of leaving harmful residues.

The cleaner does not contain butyl cellosolve, which is common in many degreasers and surface cleaners, and has potential negative health effects. Under California guidelines (CARB), Pine-Shower has zero VOC, and has less than 3 percent VOC under EPA guidelines. The cleaner is economical and while it is ready-to-use, it can be diluted for light surface and equipment cleaning. It is fully compliant with CARB (California Air Resource Board) requirements and is also compliant with European REACH and WEEE initiatives. It does not contain RoHS restricted substances, SVHC list substances, or halides.
